Kim was born in Westminster, California. She attended High School and College in Long Beach and went on to start her own business. Shortly after college she met her husband, Greg. The two have been married longer than she likes to acknowledge.
A few years later she and her husband moved from California, and Kim began her journey in the restaurant industry. Kim has honed her management skills as part of Damon’s, Marriott, Darden and BBRG. As her career picked up steam, Kim succeeded in positions as Training Director, New Unit Coordinator, General Manager, Director of Food and Beverage and Owner. She has several notable accomplishments, including being named General Manager of the Year, while part of the Darden organization. Throughout her involvement in the restaurant industry, she has come to enjoy many aspects, but most of all, she says “I love connecting with my guests”.
Ironically Kim does not cook. “I married a wonderful chef, so, at home, I steer clear of the kitchen.” She does have many other interests when not at work, among them, travel, football, and her two Yellow Labradors. If you come to know her, she will surely bring one of them up in conversation.
